Thank you for your time and for submitting the completed LOA form. As
promised, here are some details pertaining to your LOA, final pay,
benefits, vacation and ROE.

*Pay:*
As you know CDN Corp employees are all paid Bi-Weekly
You indicated your last day of work will be October 27, 2023
The impacted pay period will be from October 16 - 29, 2023
Pay date will be November 03, 2023

You will be paid for a total of *10 regular days*

10 Reg Days (October 16 - 29, 2023 = 10 Days) plus
Your year to date vacation amount accrued up to your last day of work

*Vacation:*
While you are on leave, you would accrue vacation time but UNPAID vacation
time. This means you can even take an extra 10 unpaid days off before you
return to work.
Once you start back working, you will restart to accrue paid vacation.

*Benefits:*

To be on the safe side, We suggest you set up a CRA account and that way
all documents related to tax returns and issued by employers, banks,
schools etc can be found when you log into CRA

*Return to work:*
Before you return to work, please email myself and your Manager, 1 month in
advance, to confirm the exact date that you will be back at work. This will
give us all time to prepare for your return.
