Her work has provided clarity to the field teams regarding their responsibilities moving forward, strengthening long-term adherence to compliance requirements. - Abby took on and led the 1% training requirement in Canada, reducing our tax liability from approximately $33K due to non-compliance down to just $2K=E2=80=94an impressive achievement. Additionally, this project was pr= eviously managed by an outside consultant, and by bringing it in-house, Abby has positioned us to reduce those external costs moving forward. - Amy recently assumed responsibility for overseeing field compliance in Florida and has been instrumental in identifying and addressing complian= ce gaps not only in Florida but across her other regions, strengthening our overall compliance framework. Each of them stepped into their roles just over a year ago and, in a short time, have made tremendous progress in ensuring compliance excellence within their areas. Their dedication and leadership have been invaluable to the compliance team and the organization as a whole.
