Do you know if there is a regulation in Canada around time frames when notifying our clients of a rate increase for services? In the United States, there are different regulations for how much notice must be given depending on the state (i.e. 30 days, 15, 10 etc.). Is this the same for Canada or do we have something in the Client Consent Agreement only that addresses this?
