To answer your first question regarding "appropriate process for these requests" is to email (billing@thekey.com) for each clients request. Because this will allow the system to create a new ticket for each request. To answer your second question "what is the expected turnaround time so that we may plan accordingly" may very to be honest. In most cases its usually a few days or less.
