As we step into 2025, united in our mission to support seniors and serve our referral sources, I want to challenge each of you to map out a plan for personal growth this year. In 2024, our slogan was "Onwards & Upwards." As a team, we welcomed many new members, faced a significant challenge in meeting our revenue goals, and had a wealth of opportunities in front of us. And I=E2=80=99m proud to = say=E2=80=94*we did it!* We led from the front, and as a region, we achieved *100% or better* of our revenue target in *11 out of 12 months*=E2=80=94a feat no ot= her region can claim. This success is a testament to this team=E2=80=99s hard w= ork and dedication, as well as to the tireless efforts of our operations team. Without their support, we would not have been able to achieve such remarkable results. I encourage you to take a moment today or tomorrow to celebrate our incredible operational partners and recognize the vital role they played in 2024. Looking ahead to 2025, our slogan this year is *"Competitive Urgency."* With all the success we experienced in 2024, it=E2=80=99s crucial that we m= aintain momentum. Our competitors are striving to catch up to us every day, and we cannot afford to take our foot off the gas. So here=E2=80=99s my challenge to you: how can you start each day with a "Competitive Urgency" mindset? - Will you commit to diving deep into your pipeline every morning, coffee in hand? - Will you work to secure a preferred partnership with your top accounts, shifting from being just a partner to becoming an integral par= t of their care team? - Will you push yourself to jump head-first into the trusted advisor channel, empowering advisors with a competitive edge? - Or will you focus on improving your own craft=E2=80=94whether it's enh= ancing your service knowledge, sharpening your strategic planning skills, or honing any other area of your expertise? Whatever your goal may be, I want you to write it down and share it with me during our coaching call the week of January 13th. My role as your coach is to help you stretch your strengths and achieve your goals, and knowing how you plan to operate with *Competitive Urgency* will allow me to better support you and drive your success to new heights.
