It has been a pleasure working with everybody!. To continue this progress and better help the monthly processes, I would like to propose scheduled meetings involving the Compensation Team and the leaders who were sent this email. This "office hours" type meeting can be a forum throughout the month revolving around communication and questions/inquiries relating to Monthly Bonuses, Employee information, Comp questions, and much more. The idea behind these meetings would be that RDOs gather their own, or their team's, questions/comments and bring them to the meeting where Bob and I can provide clarity into those inquiries. My initial proposal will be a bi-weekly 30min meeting to start, where if this new initiative is working for Leaders then we can find time for longer bi-weekly meetings. We will try to schedule these meetings to accommodate both those in EST and PST. These meetings are of course not mandatory, as there might not always be time on your end or sometimes there will be no questions at all. In the remote environment chats and emails can be tedious, where some face to face communication we believe will be another tool to strengthen our team dynamic between departments. I will need to take a look at everybodies schedules but please reply (can just be to me) with times/days that work for you and I will try my best to find a time that works for everybody. If there's no preference or I don't hear from you that is fine as this set meeting time might work some weeks for you and not work some weeks. With travel for work as well phoning in from a mobile device should work as well in case needed. Overall we believe these meetings will bring both more clear communication and efficiency of the Monthly Compensation cycle. Though nothing mandatory, we hope to see you there!
