I think if you can give a script post-rebrand of 9/12, we can make sure we have that recording ready to go live on that date. Since some Canadian offices that are already on 8x8 currently have custom scripts, I can work with them directly to make the changes per your approved Canadian Standard script and update their call routing but keep the old branding until 9/12. For the offices that haven=E2=80=99t gone live= with 8x8 yet, totally up to you if you=E2=80=99d like to onboard them onto 8x8 b= efore 9/12 or after 9/12 officially but if before 9/12, I would only suggest that the script be in line with the same Canadian Standard script you are going to send me and the only difference if we go live before 9/12 is that we call it =E2=80=9CHome Care Assistance=E2=80=9D instead of =E2=80=9CThe Key= =E2=80=9D Let me know what works best for you. As a recap, Oakville/Waterloo, Calgary, Toronto and Winnipeg are already on 8x8. For Vancouver and Montreal, they=E2=80=99re not yet on 8x8 so you can make the call to onboar= d before or after 9/12 for them.
