All GM=E2=80=99s take a turn walking through their pipeline virtually. They are= time consuming. The stand down is only useful to the on call employees when there is something out of the ordinary. 90% of the time, everyone on the meeting states they have nothing to share. Audra had suggested developing a spreadsheet for the =E2=80=9CMonday mornin= g on-call review=E2=80=9D. I think it would be more efficient if we develop s= omething similar for stand down. The document could be shared/edited in all Midwest offices, containing pertinent information by site. Ex: St. Louis- =E2=80=9C= a client=E2=80=9D is in the hospital, please provide his CG with his room num= ber if they reach out (room 222).=E2=80=9D This will, also, be helpful for on call employees as it will give them a tool they can reference throughout the night.
