The senior leadership in HR and Legal has received the cost analysis for the implementation of the OHS program and training as requested. Additionally, they have a separate cost estimate for ongoing compliance training required across all Canadian provinces. This includes caregivers, filed, corporate, and any US employees interacting with Canadian employees. As of today, I have not received confirmation on the selection of a vendor. Chandanie or Chuck, could you please check with the Operational Health & Safety Board to see if we can push the date forward for the second compliance piece? Even if a vendor selection was made today by the senior HR and Legal teams, it would still not be implemented in time to meet the current deadline. Please let me know the outcome from the OHS Board at your earliest convenience.
