This is a great way to stay top of mind on a regular cadence with our referral partners as discussed in today's call. HCLs can fill out this template with our trusted referral partners' contact information, so all team members know who we refer our clients to when they are having conversations where other services outside our scope are needed. Check with your HCL as they may already have one of these created for their office. You all will be looped in to approve of the Top 20 Accounts the HCL's will be choosing before they begin to build their SAP's. Dates to keep in mind for Q3 SAP: *Week of 6/5 - 6/9*: HCLs, Sales Leaders, and RD's to align on your top 20 accounts for Q3 this week. HCLs to start creating Q3 SAPs in Salesforce this week. *Weeks of 6/12 - 6/23*: HCLs to complete SAP Detail entry for each of their 20 accounts. Credit cards are set up with 1.5 months worth of funds at a time due to the payment cycle of the billing team. For example, a Ramping HCL may have a monthly budget of $1,000 but their credit availability will say $1,500, and this is because billing may not pay all due funds until the middle of the
