Review of last week As projected last week we were up mainly due to the Thanksgiving holiday. B to B dismal B-C only 2 leads the whole week - neither qualified 1 WOM - deceased client referral of a family member to another family member 2 SOC last week hitting 5 month to date but three closed won this week so will be 8 as of Tuesday next week *Current week* 3 24/7 deaths - one maid, one brand new client died in sleep, one transferred to hospital but did not make it 1 24/7 service on hold as client in hospital as of today This will hit us current week as we are comping over a stat week and loss of approx 632 billable hours. 3B to B referrals, 2 SOC today and one SOC next week Action plan for consumer starts of care short term -Operations team Sharon: Update on VCH sea to sky - 7-8 24/7 proposal was submitted and received. Constatine emailed thanking me and that it was helpful but they needed some time but would get back to us. I responded that we are very willing and able to support right away and if there were any concerns regarding pricing please let me know and we can discuss. I will follow up with her end of the week Meeting with BC Care Providers of the Home Health team to understand how they can better support our membership One on one meeting with Jewish Community Centre director Friday, they have referred in the past and re building the relationship Short one scheduler and one CSM so time being spent ensuring clients are serviced Client Success Team Client success managers met to break up senior community centres in specific neighbourhoods to do a face to face visits, Vancouver, Surrey and Victoria and to ensure collateral is there for brochures etc coupled with investigation on possible events we could host Senior fare completed Wednesday, 10/22 with CSM Cathy in Whiterock. Quarterly win backs are completed as of 10/22- one referral to a family member ended in a new client for the month of October Re assessments- two completed, recommendations in to family on additional hours needed but not confirmed Long term strategy 1. Radio ads to begin Nov 3 for 3 months- help to cement TheKey brand in Vancouver and lifeguard. Running on talk radio 2. Work with Celeste to do a large networking event with a senior living partner and invite doctors, pharmacy - anyone related to seniors - Mid january date TBD West Van 3. Saba continues to work on moving Vancouver up in google ranking but so far have not seen great improvements in terms of calls coming in . I did have one call who said she called us because our google rating was the highest HCL Celeste work - Attended a client event of a Wealth Advisor (invited to meet an exclusive client group). - One potential referral expected next week. - Attended the SLC PARC exclusive open house with only local SLCs. - Visited
