Let them know that this is based off of the same template as we agreed to in 2019. They can ignore any formatting issues as we will work on those as we move the process along. We can also work out the details on any particular assets they are interested in but I tried to keep it simple. As discussed, I am on PTO starting on Thursday 9/25 and will be back working on 10/6, but will periodically be checking my emails. Looking forward to moving this along.
