To address this, we have implemented a rotating schedule for caregiver managers on-call. In the event that emergency coverage is needed, we will coordinate accordingly to determine the appropriate coverage. Key updates: - If each office covers its own territory, no stipend will be awarded. - The draft on-call schedule has been updated through June 31st to reflect this caregiver manager rotation. The draft on-call schedule does not include caregiver manager time off. - If a caregiver manager's scheduled coverage day conflicts with their PTO, we will assess the situation and determine coverage based on the need. - Emily Sun has been removed from the CSM rotation. - All CSM time-off requests I=E2=80=99ve received have been accommodated= within the new rotation.
