Regulations around PPE Distribution to Clients

Hi All!

I wanted to see where we have regulations that we have to issue PPE to
clients.  I am almost positive that we have to in NY and I know that we do
not in MA, but I am unsure about this in other states.

I recently wrote a letter for the MA team to send to clients stating that
we will no longer provide PPE for general use.  Here

the letter if you also need to send this out to clients to reduce your PPE
cost.  Please feel free to make a copy and edit the names out.  It has been
approved by legal.

This may be a non-issue, but it appears there are a few areas that the PPE
expense is still elevated.  Let me know if you have any questions at all.
