"# I have a SF issue that needs to be resolved as soon as possible. A client's POA continues to receive reminders (4 times now) to sign Pandadoc LTC forms after his father, the client passed away. The client consents were signed and SOC planned but the client passed away before the SOC. I have tried to locate the reminder function m many times and have failed. The client's POA is very frustrated, as am I. Can someone just remove the reminders for San Vicente in Santa Barbara (GLA)for me? Thanks, Debbi Brown"
