It was a clear expectation that only certified PSW=E2=80=99s are sent for s= taffing shifts at Luther Village. Melanie agreed that experienced CG can often do the job, sometimes better. However, they want to maintain a standard of PSW certification only and not have any RHRA compliance issues. If we don=E2=80=99t comply with this expectation, especially after she felt= it was communicated in the past then this could compromise our agreement with Luther Village. We have PSW certified CG available in Waterloo so we can honour this expectation.
