New options for a lost lead include Duplicate and Below Min = Hours. **Home Page Dashboard Iterations** A new column to track Closed Won - Not Started has been added to the home = page dashboard. This column includes any opportunity that has been marked = as Closed Won but has yet to bill services. Additionally you can now = search multiple offices at once when using the dashboard. **Separate Tabs for Referral account and client account** There is now a separate tab for Client Accounts and Referral Accounts, in = addition to the combined Accounts tab.
