There is not an available tax code in NetSuite that uses the correct percentage for PST and HST for us to use in order to add it manually.

Please note if billing for anything before April 1st 2025 it needs to be the old rates.

Taxes are configured at a location level in NS. Since we do not have a location for Nova Scotia today, we would either need one created in both CC and NetSuite, or we’d need an enhancement in NetSuite to put tax configuration overrides on the customer. We should consider trying to find a way around this that’s both legal and ethical. The Jefferys are consistently past due upwards of $100k once a quarter and it takes a lot of effort to get them to pay, they pay, but it’s a lot of work. We should prefer not to upset the relationship by agreeing to manual processes with that kind of spend, or invest in more manual work for them alone.
