NJ, all staffing specialists are part of a rotation. They cover one week at
a time. They are the backup to Frax and if we have new cases, they are
tasked with assigning the caregiver and getting the case started.
PA, does not have Frax. They have a weekly rotation of a per diem on-call
person plus staffing specialists. They handle all after hours calls plus
will staff new cases.
