I have had a lot of conversations with Eric Slone who is the Mavencare tableau support person that is available to us as well as Ali, our billing specialist, on reporting of metrics that I need to have access to. There have been MANY issues with getting the correct weekly revenue as well as other reporting. With the current structure that is in place, Thursday morning will be the earliest that I will be able to report the correct revenue numbers. For example, I will receive a report tomorrow that will reflect the correct revenue and CG margin for the week of 3/28-4/3. If we were included in WBR, the numbers would not be available for week of 3/28. Could we notate that Mavencare is for prior week, but still include them? I am open to suggestions and happy to do what is best for all involved.
