This transitional support ensures: - Reduced relocation stress - Increased resident engagement during the adjustment period - Higher likelihood of long-term retention and satisfaction - Immediate continuity of familiar care support This model positions Sunrise as a premium, client-centered community while providing added value during a critical life transition. ------------------------------ *PART 2: Sunrise Referrals to TheKey* For any existing Sunrise resident or Sunrise-referred client who engages TheKey for companionship or care services (either within the residence or in a private home setting): =E2=80=A2 TheKey will provide Sunrise with a 5% revenue share on gross serv= ice revenue for the lifetime of that client. =E2=80=A2 Revenue share payments will be calculated and remitted monthly.
