I know there are complications and hesitation due to the logistic=E2=80=99s= to me living in Nanaimo but I wanted to touch on a few innovative ideas and reasons for my pursuit in this position. As you already know, my experience in the office and Home Care Assistance as well as my belief in aging gracefully at home is my commitment. My experience continued partnership with the Red Cross as a Certified CPR/ First Aid Instructor with my own equipment would be an asset to the organization in both terms of importance and flexibility to teach caregivers across Canada. Logistically and flexibility wise I believe I would be able to satisfy after 3pm clients 3 days a week and If we are to encounter a late client you can be reassured that I would make every effort to accommodate those requests and make my schedule flexible as well to suit the needs of the business. Some brain storming i have done: - leave my personal vehicle on the mainland to cut the ferry costs. -the use of Evo -use of Uber or Amazon for PPE (planning and stock available for short notice situations) -My accommodation over night ability to stay with friends or family on the mainland. - Work life Balance to retain the hours given and be used as holidays or time to re charge with the flexibility required. My continued education =E2=80=9CBachelors in Health Administration=E2=80=9D= distance VIA Athabasca University. Furthermore, my dedication to the Key formally HomeCare Assistance our clients, their families and our amazing caregivers. I am aware of the current climate and need of Nurses but, I know that I have never been more satisfied with my experience with Home Care Assistance. I realize you have another candidate and understand the logistics but I just wanted to add these notes and share with you how committed I am to bring part of the team in West Vancouver BC. I am an innovative Nurse/Manager with the experience to drive and to excel in this position. Additionally, I hope to add to the Key for years to come. Thank you so much for the consideration and time. My best, Jamie May LPN --000000000000e4b17505efc3cdcf Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Cheryl,=C2=A0 Thank you so = much for your call today and insight as to what the Key is looking for in a= Client Success Manager.=C2=A0 I know there are complications and hesitation due to the logistic=E2= =80=99s to me living in Nanaimo but I wanted to touch on a few innovative i= deas and reasons for my pursuit in this position.
