PROJECT - The local offices need to mail the notice of amalgamation to those where a bounce-back email was received. We need to ensure that CGs and Clients were made aware of the amalgamation by today's deadline. CG NOTICES IT sent this notice to the affected CGs, but we received several bounce-back messages that the email was undeliverable. Kathryn and I are working to get that list to you soon. CLIENT NOTICES Umesh emailed the client notices yesterday. There are several bounce-back messages that the email was undeliverable. Additionally, there are quite a few clients without a primary email address. CORP & FIELD EMPLOYEES So far there is only one bounce back message from the emails that were sent yesterday. Communications is sending more out today and will update us. We'll send the list once we hear from Olivia. There should be few bounce back messages as Olivia is sending the notices to their work email addresses. PENDING FROM LEGAL - CG List - Client List - Corp & Field Employee List (if any) Kathryn and I are making sure we have the complete list of CGs and Client emails that need to be sent. We'll be sending those spreadsheets over soon. Since Nina said these notices should be sent by the local offices, I imagine you'll be pulling in your GMs and perhaps others to assist.
