Hello!
This was a family member that was not active in the Clients life at all
during the time we provided service. This Client was a long term Tier 1
Client that was very happy and the Attorney who referred us was indeed VERY
happy. I am not sure why she scored so low. I have called and left a
voicemail for her to call me back but, I doubt she will return my call. I
have also reached out to the attorney for feedback. Once I speak to one or
the other I will update the note.
