I wanted to quickly send an email to express how happy I am with Arya the PSW on this file. The family and RSW have expressed their appreciation for Arya; however, I have not been able to do a joint session until this morning. Overall, she has definitely fit into the family and is providing the support and assistance, but also guidance to the client to slowly facilitate improved functioning. There is good rapport between Arya and the client, and I can see that the client appreciates and trusts her very much. Arya was very accepting of additional tasks to perform with the client, and open to receive some feedback on how to further include the client in activities during her time.
