--000000000000037a3305f085d156 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" *ANNOUNCEMENT* * LONG TERM CARE ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFITS POLICY UPDATE* TheKey continues to be excited about bringing in new Long-term Care (LTC) clients; however, we will be discontinuing Assignment of Benefits (AOB) at this time and until further notice. Clients who are currently receiving Long-term Care Assignment of Benefits with TheKey will not be impacted, and if anyone is currently active in the pipeline, we will continue to pursue an Assignment of Benefits for those clients. As a reminder, Assignment of Benefits (AOB) is an agreement between an LTC Client and TheKey, in which their LTC policy is transferred to us allowing us to bill an insurance provider on their behalf. The insurance company pays TheKey for client services, rather than the client paying us directly. We look forward to offering this service again in the future and at this time, our focus will continue to be on: - Providing current AOB clients with the care and attention they deserve, - Building better processes for our prospective clients, and - Driving down our Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure current clients are paying on time.
