Hi Tim,

We also need you to answer the following two questions:

1) Who should the default record owner be for each office record in
Salesforce. This individual would own every record at the time of creation.
We have to have someone listed otherwise it will be an error.

2) Who should the distribution list email address? These people can gain
access to the leads and then re-assign ownership for all the leads. If you
don't have one already, please reach out to IT support to get a ticket in
for them to create the lists for you.
