The hardcopy forms were mailed to addresses on file in each of these systems. To assist your tax return preparation and filing, digital copies of W-2 forms are available. Team members may login to PayChex Flex or Workday to download digital copies. For security reasons, digital W-2s are only available to employees for download. Click Here to access a job aid on how to obtain a digital copy of your W-2 form. Once you access your W-2 online or via mail, please verify that your personal information and wages are correct. If you notice an error, contact the HR Service Center immediately. *Important Security Reminder* W-2 statements are not sent by email or text from our vendors. If you receive an email or text with a link or an attachment to view a W-2, it is a phishing scam designed to gain your private information. Do not open attachments or click email links that claim to provide access to your W-2. Taxpayers have until April 18th to file their 2022 taxes this year, and some team members who were impacted by disaster situations have until May 15th to file and make tax payments.
