We noted that the new app does not register the clock in and outs with clear care, therefore, many people are missing clocking in and outs even though they have clocked out on their end. The app also doesn=E2=80=99t giv= e the caregivers the ability to accept their shifts, nor do the shifts register to the new app unless we have confirmed the shift for them in clear care.
