Hey Tim,

We’re really trying to curb the frequency of pre-authorized debiting of our
accounts. Would suggest you either pay the bill this month through RBC or
pay with your CC and then submit for reimbursement. Once the new Corp Card
program is live in Jan you obtain a P-Card and use that to service the bill
going forward.

One of the utilities for our Waterloo office only accepts credit cards or
pre-authorized debit, which requires the following information to set up -
https://enovapower.com/forms/pre-authorized-payment-application/

Right now it's paid via the billing profile in RBC.

How shall I proceed here?
