Arti and I have discussed and her last day with us will be April 8th. I am very sad to see her go as she is a wonderful member of the Mavencare team. She is currently handling office payroll for Mavencare TO. I have spoken to Irin and she is ready to transition to handling both office and caregiver payroll for Mavencare. Arti will walk her through all the details so that she is ready. In terms of billing, Ali continues to lead billing at Mavencare, but I have asked him to do a walk through with Irin. I am not comfortable having only one person there who can do billing. In the event that Ali is sick, we need a backup and given that they use Mavencare, I want someone in house there to be able to back him up. She is also going to help him with insurance claims, and miscellaneous billing items as needed. Thanks!
