But if she resides in Ontario, then she'll need to pay that $2K back to CRA when filing her tax. We can pay her out of Toronto, but Sandra needs to set her up with a different department in Ceridian so I can tell her apart, and I can journal entry this in both Toronto and Vancouver every month.
