I also received word that our team member that typically does our recordings will be changing duties within TheKey and will not be available to produce recordings in the future.
Any future greetings will need to be provided as a completed .wav file.
I'll keep an eye out for any changes or the request to roll this out to the broader Canada markets at a later date.

Great, I've got this all set minus the custom greeting. I'm waiting for that to be recorded, then I'll get it put in place.
To summarize:
Daytime call flow is unchanged
Afterhours greeting is unchanged
Afterhours Options 1,2 and 3 will now ring to the new On-Call group for 5 rings, then go to voicemail if not answered. All members of the On-Call group will get that voicemail message emailed to them.
Afterhours Options 4 and 5 will not ring anyone and will go directly to the voicemail for the new On-Call group. All members of the On-Call group will get that voicemail message emailed to them.
I'll update you once the new greeting is in place and you should be all set.
