I understand the 9-Box reviews were previously used as part of the reduction in force (RIF) process. That is not the case in this scenario and I apologize for how this was communicated. We are wanting to assess our talent to determine our current talent's baseline, identify training needs, etc.. I have reached out to Emily to request each of you be involved in your respective Region's 9-Box Reviews. Doing so creates great insight into how the General Managers identify and rate their talent. In return, this will assist you in rating your General Managers in the 9-Box. I understand next week is a busy week for many of us, especially with MOR. If the times the MOR is scheduled is not conducive to your schedule, please reach out to @Jennifer Winters so we can look to reschedule for the following week.
