Deborah K Care Plan

Hey Brooke,

Deborah Kloenne that started care on 6/18 has no care plan in the system.
Susan alerted me when she input the nursing notes.

I know that you have been in touch with caregivers and were there for the
meet and greet but moving forward a care plan must be completed and in the
system before the 1st shift starts. I’m happy to help if you are ever
double booked or just need assistance with this.

Please make sure that a care plan is in the system by EOB today. Let me
know if I can assist in way.
