Our caregiver ambassador had sent her a written warning recently due to her attendance issues and she responded saying she had a doctor's note due to a chronic health condition, which she showed us. Our Caregiver ambassador inquired with HR about how to proceed and was advised to have her speak to HR about how to acquire ADA accommodations, which was done. Linda, the ambassador, was also advised to allow HR to take it from there but we still had her scheduled with a client today and discovered today that she was deactivated in Wellsky externally. Please advise why this occurred and why we weren't informed.
