Job postings conformity - Francization Program (HCA)

Hi Tim,
I hope you have a good day. As one of the measures in your Francization program is that the job postings indicate the reason for the requirement of another language and the requirement of the knowledge of the French for job located permanently in Quebec (page 8, and below), we overviewed the job postings in your website and prepared samples of the ones online at the time of the review with suggestions in blue to meet conformity. To meet the measure and avoiding raising issues, we recommend adjusting your job postings in line with the attached examples, along with our preliminary observations concerning this matter. Even though a job posting would not be online anymore, these guidelines would apply.
