The cause for the difference was due to the timing of the payout summary (report used to populate the payroll submission file) creation on 11/15 and the individual proofs on 11/9. Ryan informed me there are instances where surveys and survey scores get updated in source systems. The Canada Match Score changed from 9.1 to 9.08 reflecting this very scenario, thus resulting in $200 lower payments than what had shown on the individual proofs earlier this month. In future months, individual proofs and summaries will run on the same day to avoid these issues. Sorry for the confusion with respect to the Bonus calculations. Accordingly, attached please find the corrected Proofs. Note: Nikita's final bonus payment was $212 lower than the earlier proof due to both the change in Match Score bonus and a slight reduction in the Shift Bonus. Thanks and please let me know if you have any questions.
