"Hello! I am writing today to remind everyone that although the majority of our locations are rebranding to TheKey on March 9th, there are a few types of locations in our family that will be rebranding on a later timeline. These types of locations include:
* Independent Home Care Brands (Not Home Care Assistance)
* Independent Brand with Non-Home Care Services
* Home Care Assistance Locations in Canada
* Home Care Assistance Locations in the State of New York
The rebrand team is working with a Project Manager named Dan Watson to help the conversion process for these later phase locations. Leaders of these locations will be notified of details pertaining to their particular conversion process. If you are an employee in one of these locations, please make sure to follow instructions from your site leader and/or Dan on what to expect and any action you need to take. As we get closer to March 9th, we will send out instructions on how one should update their email signature, any personal social media pages, marketing tools and more in order to operate as TheKey. If you are in one of the later phase locations, please make sure you check with your location leader before changing anything over. We don’t want you to start using TheKey branding in any instance prematurely.
