Good morning Jackie
Firstly, my sincere apologies for not attending the HCL on-boarding
session yesterday as I was set up and ready to be on the call and then our
building fire alarm went off and we all had to evacuate. All ended up fine
although some damage to a suite above but we could not return until hours
later and it was somewhat chaotic.
I have never had the opportunity to oversee the training of an HCL and
want to be prepared so she can have a great experience.
Is there another on-boarding session available before June 2 that I could
join?
If not, can I get the training plan and any other materials so I can review?
I know this is not ideal but if there is anyone I could reach out to for
guidance I would really appreciate it.
