Sarah was correct on the cause for this. Lilian changed the name of the location from Word of Mouth to Village Crest. We ended up moving everything attached after that October to the appropriate Village Crest Account and merging this with the Word of Mouth account so the data was correct. [image: image.png] Regarding the Jade Walters- Nash Personal Network account, that appears to be a true account with no historical changes made to the naming convention. When I look at Shanta Khoday as an Opportunity, it does not appear that anyone is receiving Marketer Credit for this account commission wise. Is this what you were expecting to see?
