I'll start with analyzing a few calls for tenders to identify the missing documents we'll need to be able to bid in other Canadian provinces.
Do you have a deadline for this first mandate, i.e. a date by which you'd like to receive a list of the documents needed to submit a bid in each province?
I'm asking because I'm getting married on August 31. That's just over 3 weeks away, and my girlfriend and I are in the final preparations. I want to plan my schedule accordingly.
Once I've completed the first part of the mandate, I'll then be able to start my weekly watch to identify interesting tenders. This will give us the information we need to find out if there are any missing documents preventing us from bidding in certain provinces.
In terms of what I need to get started, I can't think of anything critical. I may eventually need an overview of the number of employees and job titles you have across the different provinces, which will help me to better identify interesting tenders.

Given the expanded role and hours I'm hopeful that you might consider softening your hourly rate. I was given an expected contractor rate of $75/hr for this procurement position. I think I can squeeze a little more out of them if you can meet me in the middle.
