Hi Team,
As you all know we are focusing on getting all caregivers on our Caregiver
App as it is how we will manage communication and pay and TBD functions. We
have been making progress and I know you are all onboard to get the
Northeast and Canada to 100% adoption. Below is where you are as of
yesterday. As you will note from Megan's response I have come up with our
commitment to get there with deadlines. This is reasonable and doable. If
you take your Caregiver Ambassadors and divide your number by them - that
is what each needs to do to hit the goals by the dates. As they are talking
to CG every day we can get there. If you need in person visits, plan
accordingly given the timing with the holidays. Megan and I are here to
support and look forward to your success. Everyone who hits the goals by
the dates can do a celebration with your ambassador team so get them
excited. A nice dinner out maybe! Feel free to invite me so I can do a
personal thank you!

Here are the goal numbers you requested in an easy to copy and paste chart.
As we discussed, 80%+ needs to get to 100% and 80%- needs to get to 90% by
Dec 31. We can see where the second group lands at Dec 31 and rework the
100% by January goal we discussed. Will you send this off to your teams?
