Hi Tim,

 

Thank you for taking the time to meet with us this afternoon to discuss the
Region of Waterloo billing. I have summarized our call and action items
below. Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything
I missed.

 

Action Items:

*	Stephanie to remove all mileage billed for May dates of service
*	Tim/Local office partners to confirm attached mockup approval with
Region of Waterloo
*	Once mockup is approved by Region of Waterloo Stephanie will resend
April and May Summaries
*	Stephanie to work with Local office partners to review requirements
for Region of Waterloo clients set up/billing:

*	Authorizations created for each client
*	Authorizations attached to all shifts
*	Mileage set to not billable in client settings 

 

Summary:

*	Region of Waterloo Summary Requirements 

*	Both a summary and itemized breakout are required
*	Summary of total for all invoices

*	Service Dates, Hours, Rate, Amount due

*	Itemized breakout by date of service for each client

*	No individual TheKey invoice numbers referenced

*	No individual TheKey Invoice PDF's
*	Provided to Region of Waterloo by 7th day each month

*	Reviewed mockup template 

*	Includes both summary and itemized breakdown by service date
*	If template is approved, billing will provide PDF of both to ROW for
all future billing 

*	No additional reporting for ROW would be required from local office
partners

*	Tim confirmed mileage is not billable to the Region of Waterloo and
should be removed from May invoices
