How do I best follow up? I can send them to invoices@thekey.coupahost.com = but all I usually get is the = standard form reply with a ticket number. Will that be enough, or is = there a process where the supplier needs to be =E2=80=9Cregistered=E2=80=9D= in some way? Recently I have just been redirecting the supplier to send = their invoices directly to coupa. These two invoices are older so = perhaps they were never sent to coupa.
