Hello Sophie,

As you're probably aware, the condo has yet to be finished and delivered.  I have made a substantial downpayment a year ago and don’t plan to spend any additional funds until my unit is finished.

You may consider this to be a separate expense from the Lago build; however I view it as one and the same.  Once I am given a tour of my completed unit, including the chance to inspect this additional work, I will pay your bill immediately.
