today's call, Home Care Liaison Claudia Cook, MSW, shared her tips, tricks,
and best practices for expanding your business in the hospital channel. She
specifically covered:

   - How to break into new hospital accounts
   - Getting on the home care provider list
   - Getting to know the gatekeeper and getting permission to drop things
   off
   - How to meet case managers/social workers outside of the hospital
   through organizations like ACMA, CMSA, and social work leadership groups
   - "Following the client" strategy
