Cindy Sklusky gets $650/month which is added as a vehicle allowance. I forgot to add that last pay period (she was getting $325/pay period) so I e-transfered it. I already put in the full $650 for the Nov 30 payroll period, and marked a $325 advance, which I sent last week. The name in Payworks is Cynthia Sklusky, is it correct? Yes I am e-transferring and processing Hardiner Kaur's pay. You will see an extra pay stub for her when you do the payroll preview. I can see you added to the current payroll (PP#22) not an extra run. Please confirm. ----> I actually did this as a reversal/manual payment. So for some reason the paystub will show saying this pay period but it will generate an entirely separate one for this actual pay period. I believe the hours for EI would still be reflected correctly. There are a few caregivers who are paid under both payrolls: Is the concept that each caregiver pays based on the Client's site (East or West)? If yes no worries I will take care of it. ----> Yes.
