need payment by tomorrow at the latest to avoid late fees and interest
charges. In addition, please let them know if we dont receive money by
tomorrow, we will be suspending care affective immediately. Please let him
know we dont want to go down this route and add ridiculous fees to
balance due. We would love to work together and get paid for balance due.

Also please do not let AR get this behind, if you feel like client isnt
willing to pay, we suspend services right away. Our threshold should be 2-3
weeks at the max!
