Poster Display and Presentation Details:
* Presenters may set up their poster starting at 7:30 a.m. EST on the assigned day - you cannot display your poster before your assigned day.
* Presenters should display their poster on their assigned day from 8:00 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.
* Presenters are asked to stand at their poster during the designated poster viewing time (3:30-4:15 p.m.)
* Presenters may also stand at their poster during breaks (8:45-9 a.m.; 10:30-11 a.m.; lunch 12:15-2 p.m.)
* Presenters must remove their poster by 4:15 p.m. YOU MUST remove your poster by 4:15 p.m., no exceptions.
Poster specifications (in-person):
* The maximum dimensions to print your poster are:
* Inches: 45 in (wide) x 45 in (high)
* Meters: 114.3 cm x 114.3 cm
* Do not print larger than these dimensions. We recommend 44 in (wide) x 41 in (high) [111.76 cm x 104.14 cm] to leave space for poster board numbers and poster pin receptacles. Please note these dimensions are different from previous AAICs.
* Photo policy (stickers will be available at the poster information desk to use on your poster if you choose):
* Red - Photographs are not permitted.
* Yellow - Photographs are permitted for personal use.
* Green - Photographs and sharing are permitted.
* Push-pins will be provided.
* Au diovisual equipment is not available.
